Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Proven customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer complaints. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear and concise communication, and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting, with a strong focus on self-motivation, discipline, and productivity. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer complaints and issues. Proficient in using customer service software and tools, including CRM systems, chatbots, and other technology platforms.
