**Responsibilities**
As a remote customer service representative, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities, including:
* Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
* Sharing your opinions and experiences with our clients through written and oral surveys
* Reviewing and using new products or services before they're launched to the public
* Providing honest feedback on products and services to help our clients improve their offerings
* Working independently to complete tasks and meet deadlines
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Participate in online or in-person discussions, as required
* Complete written and oral surveys, as provided
* Use products and/or services, as required, and be prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
* Follow oral and written instructions, as provided
* Work independently to complete tasks and meet deadlines
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
* Access to a reliable internet connection
* The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* A desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed above
* The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
**Experience**
While experience is not required, we're looking for individuals who are able to work independently and meet deadlines. If you have experience in customer service, market research, or a related field, that's a plus! However, we're also open to individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
