* Life and Health insurance background and knowledge of insurance operations are desired, but not required.
* Excellent communication, both written and oral, and organization skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally.
* Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze situations and make logical conclusions.
* Basic PC skills, including typing at least 30WPM, and the ability to work with various software applications.
* Reliable and predictable attendance, with the ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time based on the specific position.

**Physical Requirements**

As a remote work from home employee, you will need to:

* Have a dedicated workspace with a quiet and distraction-free environment.
* Use a smartphone and high-speed internet (20mbps upload) for work purposes.
