As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing timely support via telephone and email to our valued clients and their residents. You'll work closely with our Community Management staff and associates to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service. **Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound calls from homeowners, residents of rental properties, realtors, and institutions promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
* Assist residents by providing service information and processing work orders when necessary, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
* Collaborate with Community Management staff and associates to address inquiries regarding unit and community information, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
* Utilize internal software and available resources to research information and provide accurate assistance, ensuring seamless communication with clients and residents.
* Verify and update customer information as needed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
* Maintain open availability during Customer Care Center hours, with designated days off as specified for each state, ensuring seamless coverage and minimizing disruptions.
**Pre-employment Training**
To ensure your success in this role, we offer a comprehensive three-week training program, Monday through Friday, to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your position. Our training program includes:
* In-depth product knowledge and training on our internal software and systems
* Role-playing exercises to develop effective communication and problem-solving skills

**Equipment/Specifications Required**
To ensure a stable and secure connection, we require:
* A reliable laptop or desktop computer meeting specified requirements

**Skills & Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School diploma or equivalent
* A strong background in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* A minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
