**Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Virtual Chat Support, you'll be responsible for:

* Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding their accounts, transactions, and product features through real-time chat support, ensuring responses are swift and accurate.
* Utilizing problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues, employing available resources and escalating cases as needed to ensure prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction.
