**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. You'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer issues
* Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues
* Providing product or service knowledge to customers, and explaining it in a clear and concise manner
**What You Bring to the Role**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of six (6) months or more of customer service experience
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Computer experience and proficiency in using technology to resolve customer issues
