As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to passengers through phone, email, and chat channels. You will assist passengers with booking, rebooking, and managing their reservations, address inquiries and resolve issues related to flight schedules, baggage, and other travel-related concerns.
