About the Role: Customer Service Representative
In this exciting role, you'll be the face of arenaflex, communicating with customers via telephone and assisting with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations. Your primary goal will be to provide top-notch support to our customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Whether it's helping customers change travel plans, confirming or obtaining their itinerary, requesting refunds, or reporting travel issues, you'll be the go-to expert for all their travel needs.

Remote and Flexible: Work from the Comfort of Your Own Home
We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer a remote and flexible work arrangement. With our self-scheduling platform, you'll have the freedom to choose when you work and when you don't, allowing you to schedule around your own needs, family commitments, and important life events. Our hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM ET, seven days a week, giving you the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your lifestyle.

Essential Functions: Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from customers and provide exceptional support
Review customer history as necessary to resolve issues efficiently
Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
Help customers change travel plans, provide or confirm travel itineraries, and process refunds
Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary
Document information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records


About You: The Ideal Candidate
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need prior customer service experience and strong geographical knowledge. Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is highly desirable. You should possess excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should be:

Easy to work with and able to accept feedback well
Excellent at listening and communicating effectively
Strong at problem-solving and decision-making
Able to demonstrate empathy and understanding in challenging situations
Self-directed and able to organize, prioritize, and anticipate situations
Highly proficient in using the internet and navigating multiple applications seamlessly

To perform this role, you'll need a computer and equipment meeting the following minimum specifications:

Internet: High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite)
Operating System: Windows 10
Processor: Intel Core i5, 1.5 GHz and above
Memory: 8GB of RAM
Hard Drive: 256GB
Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Google Chrome
Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1920 x 1080 pixels
Sound: Sound card (standard on most computers)
Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software
Headset: USB noise-canceling headset
