About the Role: Customer Service Representative In this exciting role, you'll be the face of arenaflex, communicating with customers via telephone and assisting with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations. Your goal will be to provide exceptional support, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable travel experience. Whether it's helping customers change travel plans, confirming itineraries, or resolving travel issues, you'll be the go-to expert for all their travel needs. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customers, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Review customer history as necessary to provide context and ensure seamless support Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in every interaction Help customers change travel plans, providing alternatives and solutions to meet their needs Provide or confirm customers' travel itinerary, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Process refunds and resolve travel issues, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary, building relationships and resolving issues Document information and outcomes as necessary, maintaining accurate records and ensuring continuity About You: The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you'll need prior customer service experience, strong geographical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred, but not required. You should be self-directed, able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Essential Qualifications: Prior customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support Strong geographical knowledge, with the ability to navigate complex travel itineraries Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Easy to work with, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow Accepts feedback well, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the travel industry, with knowledge of travel products and services Personal experience using travel products, with a passion for travel and exploration Strong typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple applications and systems Highly proficient in using the internet and navigating seamlessly between multiple applications Technical Requirements: To work as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need a computer and equipment meeting the following specifications, at a minimum: Internet: High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite) Operating System: Windows 10 Processor: Intel Core i5, 1.5 GHz and above Memory: 8GB of RAM Hard Drive: 256GB Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Google Chrome Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1920 x 1080 pixels Sound: Sound card (standard on most computers) Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software Headset: USB noise-canceling headset Career Growth and Learning Benefits: At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop in your career.
