**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries and issues related to flight bookings, cancellations, modifications, and general queries. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction
* Assisting customers in navigating careerzynith's website and mobile app, resolving issues related to ticketing, baggage, refunds, and loyalty program accounts
* Documenting customer interactions and updating records in compliance with company policies
* Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently
* Providing exceptional service to customers, building strong relationships and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

**Qualifications**
