We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and chat. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on company policies. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a variety of tasks
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
