**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Ticket/Gate Agent, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting customers, guiding them through the check-in and baggage process, and assisting with ticketing and boarding procedures
* Ensuring the smooth operation of the check-in and boarding processes, including managing seat availability and making gate announcements
* Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds
* Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
* Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
* Working flexible schedules, including early morning and overnight shifts, with opportunities to work between 20 and 40 hours per week
