**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Support Specialist**

You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to their problems. You'll also be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide top-notch customer service through phone, email, and chat, resolving customer inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. * Prioritize and problem-solve customer issues and concerns, using your analytical skills and judgment to find solutions. * Enter orders and rework orders, as needed, to ensure that customer needs are met. * Manage customer late lists, moving late jobs through the lab and communicating with customers to resolve issues. * Perform other duties within the customer service department or other areas as assigned. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company policies, rules, and safety practices. **Technical Requirements** * High-speed internet connection (at least 10 Mbps) and a reliable computer with a wired connection. * Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Suite of Web-Based Applications. * Keyboarding skills with the ability to 10-key. * Familiarity with electronic communication methods such as email, instant messaging, and chat services. **Qualification Requirements** * High school education or equivalent preferred. * At least 1 year of previous related experience and/or training required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment. * Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. * Ability to write short correspondence. * Basic math skills, including the ability to add and subtract, and understand decimal numerical sequencing. * Ability to multitask and prioritize, with good judgment and decision-making skills. **Work Environment** * Fast-paced, office environment with regular interaction with others. * Quiet noise level, with occasional need to work in a laboratory setting. * Must practice safe work practices at all times and report any unsafe conditions immediately. * Required to wear appropriate PPE while in the laboratory, including safety eyewear and enclosed shoes. **Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate ($9.00 - $12.00 per hour). * Health insurance. * Day shift schedule. * Remote work opportunity, with the flexibility to work from home. **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply for this position.
