**Job Description**
As a customer service representative at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in supporting the non-profit organization's scholarship program, which provides opportunities for students to attend K-12 private schools. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to incoming calls from families and schools participating in the scholarship program
* Assisting with student inquiries, scholarship application, and funding status
* Ensuring that all questions are answered, callers are satisfied, and students are registered
* Providing empathetic, personable, and compassionate support to callers, even in challenging situations
* Utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
* Working independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision

* English proficiency (a language assessment will be required)
