**Job Summary:**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing inbound phone support to our valued customers through the lifespan of their membership with us. Your primary function will be to offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience, showcasing empathy and understanding of our practices. You will be the ambassador of careerzynith, representing our brand and values to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of careerzynith, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our practices and policies.
* Show empathy and understanding in the workplace, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported.
* Offer solutions and support to meet customer needs, using company resources to gather information and provide effective resolutions.
* Answer and place calls in a professional manner, adhering to high standards of call quality and productivity.
* Focus on achieving "1st call resolution" and consistently meet or exceed performance metrics.
* Utilize company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Work Schedule:**
* This is a remote work opportunity with a 10-7 shift after training.
* You will be required to work a standard 10-7 schedule, with occasional overtime as needed.
**Required Skills and Experience:**
* One year of office support experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
* High School diploma or equivalent required.
* Excellent customer service skills and attitude, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Computer proficiency, with a typing speed of 45WPM or higher.
* Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong focus on maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
* Ability to work in a team environment, with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
* Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
* Knowledge of the vehicle auction industry or similar experience.
* Certification in customer service or a related field.
