**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Support for arenaflex Travelers**

Our mission is to make travel more accessible, enjoyable, and rewarding for everyone, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets * Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations * Rebooking travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations * Performing passenger check-in and front seat assignment * Issuing vouchers and directing contractors for passenger lodging, meals, and transportation * Working gate reader/scanner and related duties, including pre-boarding and monitoring/checking carry-on items * Operating jetways/bridges for boarding and deplaning passengers * Making boarding and departure gate announcements * Conveying domestic/international flight information * Performing passenger service flight close-out procedures * Accepting, checking, and labeling passengers' baggage at destination points * Maintaining schedule of flight boarding process * Processing and completing credit card baggage transactions * Assisting passengers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage processing * Line queues at ticket counter stands and ticket counters * Clearing/confirming international documents at kiosk in the ticket counter area * Accepting and activating passengers' self-labeled bags at activation stations * Assisting clients requiring special assistance or in-station * Performing client service work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree * Bilingual language skills (in certain locations) * A valid driver's license (as required by local authorities) * Ability to pass FAA criminal background checks and obtain unescorted access honors to airport security identification display areas (SIDA) * Ability to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges (if applicable) * Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, and/or fingerprinting * Authorization to work in the U.S. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * Working knowledge of Saber or other Passenger Service Systems * Past face-to-face customer service experience * Experience working in a fast-paced environment **What You'll Get** As a Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Competitive salary ($24/hour) * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) program * Opportunities for career growth and development * Inclusive and diverse work environment * Employee discounts on hotels, cars, cruises, and more **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
