**Job Summary:**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, often the first point of contact for our customers. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch inbound phone support to our members, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience throughout their membership journey. With a strong understanding of arenaflex practices and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, you'll be the go-to expert for resolving customer queries and concerns.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of arenaflex, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach
* Offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience, leveraging a thorough understanding of arenaflex practices
* Understand client needs and provide tailored support to meet their requirements
* Answer and place calls in a professional manner, adhering to high standards of call quality and productivity
* Focus on achieving "1st call resolution" and utilize company resources to gather information and offer solutions to customers
* Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team

**Work Environment and Schedule:**

* This is a remote work opportunity, with a 10-7 shift after training
* You'll be working independently, but as part of a collaborative team, with regular check-ins and support

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High School diploma or equivalent required
* One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
* Excellent customer service skills and attitude, with a strong focus on empathy and understanding

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
* Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Computer proficiency, with a typing speed of 45WPM or higher
* Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong focus on maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
