As a CSR at arenaflex, you will be part of a dedicated team that is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users via live chat sessions and email inquiries. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues and meeting end-users' needs utilizing provided software and Knowledgebase. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues and meeting end-users' needs utilizing provided software and Knowledgebase. * Ensuring timely resolution of end-user problems within Service Level Agreement (SLA) parameters. * Maintaining end-to-end problem ownership of chat and email sessions, escalating issues to support teams when needed. * Working independently in a remote setting, achieving productivity goals and managing time effectively. * Collaborating with Customer Support team colleagues and other support organizations as required. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following basic qualifications: * High school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of one year of customer service experience. * U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. * Typing speed of 45 WPM with accuracy. * Proficiency in Windows-based applications and software (Microsoft Office). * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Help desk or service desk experience. * Familiarity with Live Chat and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software tools. * Degree from an accredited College/University. **What We Offer** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $48,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision care. * Paid Time-Off and holidays. * Retirement plan. * Life and Disability Insurance. * Career development opportunities and tuition assistance. * Paid Parental Leave. **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
