About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a remote and seasonal team member, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers through phone, email, and other digital channels. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, resolving issues, and helping customers find the right solutions for their yards and gardens.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other digital channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their questions and concerns
Work with customers to find the right products and solutions for their gardening needs, using your knowledge of gardening and our products to make recommendations and drive sales
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, professional, and respectful
Use our internal systems and tools, including Acumatica and our VoIP phone system, to manage customer interactions, track orders, and resolve issues
Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, continuously improving our customer service and driving business results
Participate in training and coaching sessions to develop your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on our products, services, and industry trends


Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A passion for gardening and a willingness to learn and grow with our company
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve issues and answer questions in a timely and effective manner
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn our internal systems and tools
A quiet, private, and dedicated workspace with secure, high-speed internet access
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a minimum of one weekend day per week


Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Knowledge of gardening, horticulture, or a related field, with the ability to share your expertise and enthusiasm with customers
Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, VoIP phone systems, and other digital tools
