To be at least 16 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent. A dependable, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude, with a strong team player mentality. The ability to quickly learn new computer programs and technologies, with basic computer skills (keyboard and mouse proficiency). A passion for working in a fast-paced environment, with a customer-centric approach. Preferred Qualifications: Standing Out from the Crowd While not mandatory, the following experience and skills will give you a competitive edge: 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a retail environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
