**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
