We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and exceeding customer satisfaction targets. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing excellent communication skills to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with ease and efficiency
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
* Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a customer-focused approach
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
* Upselling opportunities as needed to drive revenue growth
* Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience with a range of software applications
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
