* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering high-quality service
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
* Upsell products and services as needed, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, leveraging expertise and resources to deliver exceptional service

**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate over the phone and other communication platforms
* Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in software applications and systems
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
