With more than 30,000 employees worldwide, arenaflex is a proud partner to government agencies in the United States, Australia, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Answering incoming calls from consumers, including the general public, prospective enrollees, and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf, in accordance with all performance standards, policy, and procedures, and protocols, including but not limited to the confidentiality and privacy policies. * Responding effectively to all forms of inbound and outbound contacts. * Tracking and documenting all inquiries using the applicable systems. * Processing new applications for health care coverage via the telephone, including building tax household, household income, eligibility determinations, interpreting determinations made by the Marketplace, and enrollment into health plans. * Transferring/refer consumers to appropriate entities according to the established guidelines. * Processing life event changes, demographic updates, disenrollment requests, and special enrollment periods as requested. * Facilitating the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download. * Facilitating translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures. * Escalating calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed. * Attending meetings and trainings as requested and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems. **Minimum Requirements:** * High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months- 2 years of experience. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Proficiency in using computer applications and software. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in customer service or a related field. * Knowledge of health insurance and financial assistance programs. * Bilingual or multilingual skills. * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Proficiency in using computer applications and software. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time management skills. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to: * Develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, health insurance, and financial assistance programs. * Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals. * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and career prospects. * Take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
