Your primary responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: Excellent Customer Care and Focus: Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience. Manage Incoming Communications: Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems. Learn and Follow Procedures: Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies. Meet and Exceed Targets: Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals. Record and Organize Customer Interactions: Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes. Upsell and Schedule Appointments: Able to up-sell if needed and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs. **Requirements and Qualifications:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent at communicating over the phone and other communication platforms. Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and experience. Multitasking and Time Management: Able to multitask and manage time effectively. Active Listening and Problem-Solving: Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns. Customer-Focused: Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution. **Preferred Qualifications:** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: Experience with CRM Systems: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Knowledge of Industry Trends: Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
