Job Overview We are seeking career-minded, customer-centric individuals who are experienced in providing best-in-class customer service. As a customer care resolution coordinator, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates. Your primary goal will be to resolve issues and answer questions in a professional and conversational manner, utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
