As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to beneficiaries and providers via our helpline. Your duties will include: * Interacting with beneficiaries and providers via the helpline to furnish and request review information. * Creating, formatting, and proofreading letters, as well as maintaining timeliness. * Making decisions regarding complex appeals, requiring a high degree of judgment and critical thinking. * Maintaining effective working relationships between arenaflex's internal and external customers. * Participating in Review Team meetings to identify areas for potential improvement. **Why Join arenaflex?** By joining arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic and mission-driven organization that's making a real difference in the lives of individuals across the country. Prior work in a healthcare setting or medical terminology is recommended, but not essential.
