**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering inbound and making outbound customer calls to address application process, billing, product, and service-related inquiries
* Providing clear and concise guidance to clients throughout the application process
* Updating client account information and maintaining accurate records
* Identifying payment options and setting up payment arrangements as needed
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and establishing positive rapport with every caller
* Adhering to FDCPA, FCRA, and other Federal, State, and local laws and regulations
* Meeting client guidelines and having a clear understanding of client policies
* Collaborating with management and coworkers to ensure exceptional customer service and quality standards
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous customer service and billing experience (a plus)
* Basic Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to pass background check and drug screen as permitted by law
* Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
