**Job Summary**
As an Admin 1 - Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist with maintaining and reviewing case files, filing electronically, and making inbound and outbound calls with customers.
- Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Escalate non-routine customer issues to tier 2 Admins.
- Work in a team environment, communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
**Minimum Requirements**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Ability to commit to a one-month training program, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm EST.
- Ability to work a schedule of Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00am - 5:30pm EST.
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays when required.
**Home Office Requirements**
- Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity).
- Minimum 5mpbs upload speed.
- Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router.
- Private work area and adequate power source.
- Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.
