**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues, and promoting careerzynith products and services. This is a full-time, remote opportunity, and we're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
* Resolve customer issues creatively and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Promote careerzynith products and services to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
* Process customer orders, including phone, fax, mail, email, and verbal orders
* Perform data entry for purposes such as processing orders, accessing previous orders, and providing customers with current prices
* Research and respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information
* Collaborate with field sales associates, warehouse associates, and other departments to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
* Make suggestions and recommendations to supervisors to improve customer service operations
* Comply with all company policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations
**What We're Looking For**
* A strong customer service background, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, field sales associates, and other departments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues creatively and efficiently
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Familiarity with ABC products, services, and pharmaceutical distribution operations
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management systems
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
* Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual (Spanish) skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak Spanish
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field
**Work Environment**
* This is a remote opportunity, with the ability to work from home or a designated remote workspace
