**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and delivering a world-class experience. **Key Responsibilities**

* Enhance and strengthen relationships between customers and clients
* Respond to customer requests via telephone, email, or chat
* Research and respond to customer inquiries, discussing options and procedures
* Assist with site access and refer requests to appropriate areas
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Skills and Experience**

* 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment (previous experience will be considered)
* Intermediate computer literacy and proficiency
* Ability to multitask and operate multiple screens while speaking with customers
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* High school diploma or GED equivalent

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous call center experience
* Ability to learn quickly and obtain functional knowledge of company products
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Professional and engaging phone voice and superior telephone etiquette
* Excellent active listening skills and ability to articulate clearly to customers
* Ability to work in a team environment and independently from home
* Flexibility to work various shifts within hours of operation

**Technical Skills**

* Strong knowledge of troubleshooting for different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), clearing cookies and cache, screenshots, etc.
* Experience accessing and navigating up to 10 electronic systems to provide complete responses
* Ability to work with multiple software applications and systems
