As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues
* Providing accurate and clear information about our products and services

* Maintaining professionalism and a positive, solution-focused attitude in all interactions
* Keeping detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
