**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality service in every customer interaction, ensuring that our clients receive the support and guidance they need to make informed decisions about their benefits. **Key Responsibilities**

* Field customer inquiries and address pain points in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and informed guidance to clients
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
* Conduct outbound calling and set appointments to discuss benefits with clients
* Perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Complete necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
* Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
* Develop and maintain knowledge of careerzynith products and services to provide informed guidance to clients

**Minimum Qualifications**

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
* Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* 18+ years of age to ensure eligibility for benefits
* Must pass a background check to ensure a safe and secure work environment
* High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
