**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to careerzynith products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance goals, including response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction metrics.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
* Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a remote environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Technical proficiency with computers and various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and customer service platforms.
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to perform job duties remotely.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

* Experience in the food and beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus.
