At blithequark, the sky is the limit! **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries * Providing excellent customer service through active listening * Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively * Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive * Appropriately communicating with customers **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you must: * Have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience * Be over 18 years of age * Be able to type 25 wpm * Have a High School Graduate or GED * Be comfortable with desktop computer systems * Possess proven oral and written communication skills * Be able to recognize referral needs for customers * Be able to work in an environment free from paper and electronics (outside of blithequark provided equipment) * Have a dedicated workspace free of distractions **What We Prefer** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * 6 months Call Center experience * Logical problem-solving skills * Availability to work various shifts * Ability to use Windows operating systems * Organization and work prioritization skills **Work from Home Requirements** To ensure your success as a remote Customer Service Representative, you will need: * A reliable internet connection with the following specifications: + Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Proof of internet speed required * A clean and quiet workspace **Be Part of Our blithequark Family** At blithequark, we are committed to creating a culture of inclusion and diversity, where everyone feels welcome and valued.
