Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to incoming calls, welcoming, and advising clients, tagging, and handling luggage * Preparing tickets, determining fares, and ensuring traveler's movement needs are met * Collaborating with clients in a friendly and helpful manner to create memorable experiences and build customer loyalty * Moving forward and exceeding client expectations while maintaining high standards of accountability * Working daily with a security mindset, ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest expectations **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to incoming calls, welcoming, and advising clients, tagging, and handling luggage * Prepare tickets, determine fares, and ensure traveler's movement needs are met * Collaborate with clients in a friendly and helpful manner to create memorable experiences and build customer loyalty * Move forward and exceed client expectations while maintaining high standards of accountability * Work daily with a security mindset, ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest expectations **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree * Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese * Proficiency in using computers, mobile devices, and new technologies * Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts, lift and handle luggage * Willingness to travel to different countries for training purposes * Ability to work any shift assigned within a 24-hour, multi-day, seven-day operation, including late evenings, early hours, weekends, and holidays * Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship * Ability to meet Blithequark's participation guidelines and uniform and appearance standards * Hold a valid visa and U.S. visa **Preferred Qualifications:** * Past airline, travel, or hospitality work experience * Four-year degree **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $25 * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Comprehensive benefits package * Exclusive travel privileges * Supportive and inclusive work environment * Collaborative team culture **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
