**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a full-time basis. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle incoming calls from new and existing business clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Use knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to address customer inquiries, provide support, and offer information
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track call types
* Own follow-up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status, and stock availability
* Take inbound phone calls for up to 90% of assigned shift
* Perform all other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume calls or call center experience
* Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience is a plus
* Excellent telephone etiquette, including the ability to communicate with confidence in a clear, professional speaking voice
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills
* A clear team player with strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations
* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
* Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word and Excel)
* SAP experience a plus
* Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus
* Ability to navigate information systems and internet
* Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar
