**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school degree or equivalent.
* Bilingual language skills (in some locations).
* A valid driver's license (as required by local authorities).
* The ability to pass FAA background checks (if applicable).
* Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and/or fingerprinting (as required by the company and safety regulations).
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

* Working knowledge of Sabre or another Passenger Service System.
* Previous customer service experience, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with internal teams.
