We're now seeking highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Professionals (CSPs) to join our growing team and provide top-notch support to our members, providers, and stakeholders. **The Opportunity** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members, providers, and other key stakeholders. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your ability to troubleshoot complex issues, will enable you to deliver an outstanding experience focused on quality and accuracy. You'll interact with customers to provide information, resolve complaints, and handle inquiries about coverage, benefits, services, and more. **Key Responsibilities** As a CSP, you'll be responsible for: * Serving as the primary liaison for members and providers for all lines of business, including MassHealth and Commercial members * Handling benefits, claims, and eligibility calls for the member and provider population * Identifying customer issues/concerns rapidly and precisely * Researching required information using available resources and triaging when necessary * Handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints, exhausting all efforts within your scope before requesting assistance * Identifying and escalating priority issues to create efficiencies * Initiating follow-up customer calls where necessary * Completing call logs to record customer interactions and transactions * Referencing customer grievances and appeals to designated departments for further investigation * Navigating multiple systems to resolve customer issues * Acting as the primary representative for arenaflex for our customers, focusing on first call resolution and customer engagement * Anticipating and meeting, or exceeding, internal and/or external customer expectations and requirements * Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers and gaining their trust and respect **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Exceptional customer service skills and exceptional communication abilities * High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Healthcare Management preferred * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting * Knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations * Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems * Experience with claims processing and eligibility verification * Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Flexibility/Adaptability/Willingness/Team Player/Positive Attitude * Relationship Building/Caring/Service Excellence/Accountability/Critical Thinking * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
