Our mission is to provide high-quality products, exceptional customer service, and discreet delivery of supplies, all while supporting our customers with insurance paperwork and representation. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to customers regarding their order status and product information requests. You'll also process customer returns, work closely with our Medical Billing department to resolve disputed billing charges, and partner with Sales Representatives to meet or exceed customer service expectations. **Responsibilities** * Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their order status and/or product information requests according to established department and intra-departmental policies and procedures. * Process customer returns according to established department policies and procedures. * Work closely with the Medical Billing department to resolve disputed billing charges. * Provide timely feedback to Customer Service Management regarding service failures or customer concerns. * Partner with Sales Representatives to meet or exceed customer service expectations. * Utilize in-depth knowledge of company products and programs to address customer inquiries and resolve issues. * Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns. * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. **Requirements** * 1+ years of experience in the medical industry or call center/customer service environment. * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and/or training tools. * Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. * High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). * Ability to work some evening shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. * Knowledge of medical billing and insurance procedures. * Familiarity with medical supply products and services. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Comprehensive training and development programs. * Opportunities for career growth and advancement. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. * Access to the arenaflex Healthy Lives Program, Employee Assistance Programs, and additional support resources. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
