With a strong focus on employee development and growth, we offer a dynamic work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. **Position Summary** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling daily member telephone calls, providing education, problem-solving, and creating linkages to the Medical Management Department for authorization of services.
