As a fully remote team, we offer the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative environment. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing prompt, friendly, and professional service to customers through verbal and written communication, ensuring a seamless experience across various channels. * Offering consultative customer service by understanding customer goals, compliance challenges, and business needs, utilizing product and industry knowledge to provide tailored solutions and initiate orders crucial to lien management compliance. * Proactively managing the full life cycle of the order process, identifying cross-selling opportunities to promote additional offerings that meet customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to customers. * Project managing, organizing, and prioritizing high volumes of requests utilizing Salesforce and other internal systems to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery. * Managing your own customers and customer escalations, collaborating across Customer Service functions to complete or resolve customer requests efficiently. **Qualifications** To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent B2B client service experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Proficiency with Adobe software. * Strongly preferred minimum of two years of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience, ideally in a consultative role within the banking, insurance, hospitality, retail, or legal industry. **Essential Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Proficiency in Salesforce and other internal systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
