**Job Description**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary objective will be to provide accurate and timely information, resolve technical issues, and build strong relationships with our clients and customers. **Responsibilities**

* Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and chats, and assist customers with their queries and concerns
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless internal collaboration
* Document and update customer records based on interactions, as needed
* Troubleshoot common issues with customers using internal and external proprietary software
* Assist colleagues and managers with various tasks and projects as required
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Qualifications**

* Must reside in the United States
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must pass a background check
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email
* Proactive and able to prioritize work effectively
* Superior customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
* Minimum equipment requirements (see below)

**Minimum Equipment Requirements**

* Hard drive: 20 GB or more of available space, 60 GB or more of total space
* Operating system: Windows 10 or Windows 8.1 (Note: Windows 8.1 is not supported by some client programs); Mac is also acceptable with a minimum i5
* Internet Connection: Hard-wired connection (no wireless); Minimum 10 Mbps download / Minimum 3 Mbps upload (Wi-fi is not supported)

**Compensation and Benefits**

* Competitive hourly rate: $10 - $12 per hour
* Rapid salary increases based on performance
* Flexible work schedule
* Paid training: 4 hours per day, Monday - Friday, for 3-4 weeks at $7.25 per hour
