**Position Details**

* **Job Location:** Remote (open to applicants in FL, IN, KY, and OH)

* **Shifts Available:** 12:30-9:00pm, 1:30pm-10:00pm, 2:30-11:00pm, and 3:30pm-12:00am
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing our proprietary software, CT Soft phone, to manage incoming calls and interactions
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Call center experience:** A plus, but not required
* **Excellent communication skills:** Verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role
* **Basic computer knowledge:** Familiarity with computer applications and software is necessary
* **Positive and enthusiastic behavior:** A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a desire to provide a great phone call experience with every interaction
* **Reliable internet connection:** A minimum of 25mbps upload and 25mbps download speed, with a hardwired connection via Ethernet cable
* **Computer specifications:** A Core i3 processor, 16GB of RAM, and Windows 10 operating system
* **Headset compatibility:** An Avaya-compatible USB headset for incoming customer interactions
