**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and needs
* Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits and value
* Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience
* Providing information about current plans and products, and identifying new solutions that align with customers' needs
* Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* High-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite)
* A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
* 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
* A quiet, secure workspace
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
* Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
* Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
* Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
* Familiarity with computer applications and software
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
