**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**

* Log and document participant conversations/issues, maintaining accurate records and facilitating seamless communication
* Provide real-time technical support for participants using the automated phone system and employee website, ensuring a seamless user experience
**What Is Required (Qualifications)**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous open enrollment experience, with a strong understanding of HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS
* Proficiency in computer software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS
* Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans, with the ability to update enrollments, policies, and rates
