Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in assisting student loan borrowers with account inquiries, repayment options, and application processes. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment, providing accurate, professional, and empathetic customer support. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal regulations, company policies, and data security standards, meeting key performance indicators and quality assurance standards.
