**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support and delivering heart-driven service to our customers. * Utilize strong customer service skills, including courteous phone etiquette and professionalism
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience
* Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and issue resolution

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., call center, retail, customer support environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
