Key Responsibilities Engage directly with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing personalized support and solutions to their queries, concerns, and needs, ranging from helping them shop for their new pet to problem-solving when something doesn't go as planned. Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively, and setting follow-ups as needed to ensure contact resolution. Operate with understanding, utilizing active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to customers and team members alike, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all. Collaborate with teammates, your direct Manager, and other team members across many levels of the organization, using virtual collaboration tools to contribute to an infectious customer-centric culture of collaboration. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 2 years of customer service experience, demonstrating excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A high school diploma or equivalent, with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information. Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, navigation through systems, and internet research to support our customers. Ability to multi-task, perform well in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to change with the business needs of the company. Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit, ensuring our customers receive the best possible support. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: A love for pets, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a difference in the lives of pet owners and their furry friends. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
