**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Researching and problem-solving to provide solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-ups as needed
* Operating with empathy, active listening, and a willingness to learn, applying these skills to customers and team members alike
* Engaging with team members and managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack to cultivate a customer-centric culture of collaboration
* Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change, and being flexible with your schedule to meet business needs
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a written assessment
* Ability to multitask, perform well in a fast-paced environment, and maintain confidentiality and secure critical information
* High school graduate or equivalent experience, with a willingness to learn and grow
* Ability to pass a background check and provide high-speed internet access (careerzynith will provide everything else)
**Technical Requirements**
To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:
* A dedicated workspace with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam
* A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
* A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
